How is this different from other strategy sessions I've had?
Most strategy sessions start cold and spend half the time gathering information you could have sent in advance. I do the diagnostic work before we get on the call, your offers, your funnel, your content, your email setup, your traffic sources. By the time we sit down, I already know where I think the problem is. You leave with a written plan the same week, not a recording you'll never watch. And a month later, we check back in to make sure it's actually moved.

I already have a hunch about what's wrong. Is this still worth it?
Usually yes, and often the hunch is right about the symptom but wrong about the cause. The person who thinks they have a content problem frequently has an offer architecture problem. The person who thinks they need more traffic usually has a conversion problem. Coming in with a hypothesis is fine. Leaving with a confirmed diagnosis and a clear fix is the point.
